8. Bremen, Germany
It has the most amazing park with a gigantic rowing lake, a rare breed sanctuary, and a gorgeous cafe where you can sit and drink Aperol Spritz. You can climb to the top of the cathedral spire for a great view of the city, and Bremen is where they brew Becks beer, so you can do a fun brewery tour too. Also, Hamburg is only a short (55 min) train ride away if you want to knock a second picturesque German city off your “to visit” list at the same time.
